What is the delivery charge for your products?
Postage is free for delivery within the UK. Delivery to the rest of the world is only £4.95. Please view our 'delivery and returns' section on our website for further information

I would like to order an item as a gift, is it possible to deliver to an alternative delivery address?
Yes of course, please specify the address you wish the gift to be shipped to in the 'shipping address' at checkout. If you want to make your gift extra special we offer a gift wrapping service

What certifications do you have to prove that your clothing is 100% organic?
Green Nippers products are certified by the Soil Association, licence number: DK20677. The Soil Association ensures that the products you purchase has been manufactured and processed (from start to finish) to the strictest environmental and animal welfare standards. What type of packaging do you use?
All items are packaged in recycled and biodegradable tissue paper and fastened together with printed Green Nippers degradable tape. We use recycled and biodegradable mail order bags to send out your order. Please refer to our 'delivery and returns' section on our website for more information 

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, if you would like to make your gift extra special we offer beautiful gift packaging, priced at £3.75

The gift packaging consists of:
- Recycled and biodegradable tissue paper
- Green Nippers printed degradable tape
- Recycled and biodegradable gift box
- Green Compostable ribbon dyed with natural dyes
- Recycled Green Nippers gift tag

What is your returns policy?
We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item please do so within 28 days of your order. Please refer to the returns policy for more information

Are your clothes ethically made?
Yes. Our organic clothes are manufactured ethically in Turkey, in a Control Union certified factory under Global Organic Textile Standard. Their Control Union registration number is: CU 811167

Are your fastenings nickel free?
Yes we only use YKK nickel free poppers that carry the ecotex class 1 certificate, and are certified by the Global Organic Textiles standard

What dyes do you use?
We always use natural, non toxic dyes without the use of heavy metals or harmful chemicals and pesticides. The dyes are certified by Global Organic Textiles Standard
